How to effectively organise your money, banking and budget.
To guard against theft, loss of money or other circumstances travellers should ideally have several sources of money, for example they may choose to carry Euro money and foreign currency that can be changed, plus have a credit card, an ATM card and travellers cheques. Cards and cash should be stored in lockers, safety deposit boxes or secured on your person wherever possible.
Italy Attractions
Rome - There's no escaping it: Rome means history. There's layers of the stuff - Etruscan tombs, Republican meeting rooms, Imperial temples, early-Christian churches, medieval bell towers, Renaissance palaces and baroque basilicas
Assisi -Walled Assisi is miraculous: it has somehow managed to retain some tranquil refuges amid the tourist hubbub. Perched halfway up Mt Subasio, looking over Perugia, the visual impact of its shimmering white marble buildings is magnificent.
The Palio in Siena - Il Palio is held twice yearly on 2 July and 16 August in the historic city of Siena.
Pompeii - Easily accessible from Naples, Pompeii was the thriving resort town for wealthy Romans buried under ash and mud during the devastating eruption of Mt Vesuvius in 79 AD.
